Goat-related:
Kid prices are based on pick-up by 1-2 weeks of age, once they've been dehorned and tattooed (if that's your choice)
and
vaccinated for CDT.
- They can be picked up as early as 3 days old, but must be brought back to us if you want the services performed when they're
ready.
- The kids leave here healthy, however, once in your posession I have no control over what happens. No refunds will
be given.
- I will bottle raise kids until weaning (between 2-3 mos. of age) for an additional fee of 100$ per kid.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if the buyer changes their mind.
- Deposits are refundable if your first or second choice kid is not produced.
- A deposit of 25% (or min. 50$) will reserve a first or second choice kid.
- We offer multiple purchase / repeat buyer discounts....contact us for details.
- Registerable goats will come with the needed paperwork, but registration fees are to be paid by the buyer.
- Transporting goats out of state requires a health certificate from a vet. This must be paid for IN ADVANCE by the
buyer.
- A release must be signed for any service to be performed on kids that are no longer kept on our premises or on goats owned
by anyone else.
- I don't like to wether (band) bucklings before they reach 2 mos. of age, to give the uretha time to grow, helping to prevent
urinary calculi. Bucklings can be brought back for banding once they reach 2 mos., at no charge.
birds / eggs:
- Chicks are guaranteed for 24 hrs. Adult birds are not guaranteed. (live pick-up) Shipped birds are covered
by insurance.
- Hatching eggs damaged in shipment will be replaced ONCE (buyer pays shipping).
- Due to Postal Svc. handling, different incubation practices, etc. I cannot guarantee hatch rates.
Farm visits / phone calls:
We welcome farm visits by potential buyers, scheduled when it's convenient for us (we do have our jobs, our families, and
lots of animals to care for).
WELL BEHAVED children are welcome. This is not a petting zoo, nor am I a babysitter. This is our home,
and these are our pets, please treat both with respect.
Please, no calls before 9 am or after 8 pm.
